If you like to have a drink every once in a while, leave your money at home if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your evening bag, your money belt, and leave all cash, credit cards and checks back at the hotel. Take only the cash you expect to spend on beverages, tips and few dollars you expect to throw away and leave the remainder behind.
Cynical? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You can experience a profit after a boozy evening out with your friends and be blessed sufficiently to catch a marathon roll at a hot craps game. Keep that account seeing that it is as brief as it gets if you continuously drink alcohol and bet. These activities just do not mix.
Leaving your moola back at the hotel is a tiny bit drastic, but defensive measures for excessive behavior is necessary. If you bet to win, then don’t drink alcohol and bet. If you are able to afford to burn your money without a worry, then consume all the free beer you are able to handle, but do not pack charge cards and checks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your drunken self throws away everything!
Allow me to take this one step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop on the net to play in your preferred online casino either. I love to beverage from the coziness of my condominium, however since I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards near by, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.
Why? Even though I don’t consume alcohol a lot, when I drink, it is definitely sufficient to cloud my judgment. I gamble, so I do not drink when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both make for a ferocious, and costly, drink.
